A federal contracting firm was relying on a team of business development analysts to manually search SAM.gov and various agency-specific procurement boards daily. This process was incredibly slow, prone to human error, and meant the firm often found out about lucrative Task Orders too late to form a competitive teaming strategy.

  • Headless Architecture: Deployed Node.js scrapers on secure, headless cloud servers configured to run on precise cron schedules (e.g., every 15 minutes).
  • Data Extraction: Scripted complex logic to navigate heavily paginated federal procurement boards, extract new solicitations, and pull the raw JSON/HTML data payloads.
  • Normalization & Filtering: Built an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) layer to parse the raw data, filtering solicitations specifically by the client’s core NAICS codes and historical win parameters.
  • Automated Routing: Integrated the pipeline with the client’s internal communication stack (Slack/Email) and CRM, pushing highly qualified leads directly to the capture managers in real-time.
  • Zero Human Intervention: Completely removed the need for manual analysts to refresh procurement boards, saving hundreds of labor hours per month.
